The Intelix AMIX-8 eight channel automatic mixer is
ideal for orchestrating feedback control and priority gating of multiple
sources in meeting, presentation, and teleconferencing applications.
The AMIX-8 allows you to choose from several modes to prioritize
which channels should be active or muted, you provide maximum gain
before feedback regardless of how many mic channels are open at once,
and you can control your auto mixer remotely with a touch screen, a
desk-mounted mixer, or a custom wired panel.
Whatever the requirements, AMIX Series auto mixers offer you the options you need to seamlessly
integrate into almost any application.
Three automatic
modes. Front panel accessible dip switches allow users to
select among "Standard," "Last Mic On," and
"First Come, First Serve" modes of automatic operation.
Linkable.
Up to 6 AMIX mixers can be linked for 48 channels of automatic mixing.
The external AMIX-LINK module offers easy audio and data passive
linking.
8-channel automatic mixing. Automixing provides maximum
gain before feedback by attenuating output level by -3dB every time
the number of active channels doubles.
Filibuster override.
Using an external switch, remotely mute all channels except the
priority mic to return order to important meetings.
Manual
and automatic
modes. Engage the AMIX mixer's automatic functions globally
with a single button press, or select auto mixing as needed on a
channel by channel basis.
Optional RS232 and ReO control. Using the external AMIX-LINK multi-port
adapter, AMIX mixers can be controlled by multimedia controllers,
Intelix Mini-Mixer remotes, and touch screens.

interface for the AMIX-8 automatic mixer. It provides RS232,
ReO, Logic, and DC control and can even trigger camera pan,
tilt, and zoom control signals.

Remote KitThe Intelix
AMIX 8x1 Remote Kit provides remote control of an Intelix
AMIX-8s eight channels when coupled with an AMIX-LINK Module.
The Remote Kit includes an eight channel rotary mixer, a
PRJ12/DB9 adaptor, and all the required interconnect cables.

AMIX-8 is an ideal
solution for courtroom applications. Threshold sensitive gating and
Number of Open Microphones (NOM) attenuation maintains feedback
stability, while a post fade mono feed for recording ensures
everything which transpires is logged for future reference. The
optional AMIX 8x1 Remote Kit places mixer volume control
inside the courtroom.
