JOINS INTELIX AS SOUTHERN SALES DIRECTOR

WI—Intelix, a leading manufacturer of audio/video distribution
products, recently announced the hiring of John McDowell as
Director of Sales for the Southern United States. McDowell
has 20 years of experience in the commercial audio-visual
and entertainment markets, responsible for clients such as
SBC, Verizon, BBC, NOB, as well as production/rental companies
and integrators throughout the North America and Europe.

McDowell joined the audio-visual industry in the mid-1980's
as an installer of nightclub systems, and quickly moved on
to product and sales management for High End Systems. In the
mid-1990's, he joined AMX/Synergy and Todd Communications,
managing their sales network in the Southwestern United States.
In 2001, McDowell served as a Regional Sales Manager for Vari-Lite
before joining JMS Marketing as an outside sales representative.
