HONORED FOR SUSTAINABLE BUILDING PRACTICES
Middleton, WI- Intelix C.E.O. Steve Cohan was recently honored
by the City of Middleton Conservancy Lands Committee for his
conservation efforts during the design and construction of
the original Intelix facility.
 “Successful
businesses serve the needs of customers, employees, vendors,
and their community at large. Just as importantly, successful
businesses must create a sustainable environment that supports
our natural habitat,” states Steve Cohan. “When designing
the Intelix complex, green building practices and the preservation
of the natural environment played an important role, and we
are extremely pleased to be honored by the local community.”
The original Intelix complex sits on a 30 acre wetland, prairie,
and restored oak savannah.
