UPDATES BROADBAND VIDEO BALUN

WI- Intelix LLC, U.S. manufacturer of audio/video equipment
and software, recently announced the release of the RF-F,
a broadband video over Cat 5 balun which will replace Intelix’s
current VB balun February 1, 2007.
“We are extremely excited to introduce the RF-F broadband
video balun,” states Cameron Smith, Intelix Sales and Marketing
Manager, “The RF-F provides greater bandwidth, better video
quality, and is almost 50% less expensive than our previous
model.”
The Intelix RF-F transmits broadband video (cable TV channels
2-150; VHF channels 2-13) up to 330 feet over standard unshielded
twisted pair cabling such as Cat 5 or Cat 5e. Doing so, the
RF-F supports broadband (RF) signals up to 900 MHz.
To use, simply connect one RF-F broadband video balun to
your source device, connect standard unshielded twisted pair
cabling, and connect a second RF-F balun to the destination
device. The RF-F does not require a secondary power supply
and features a male F connector and RJ45 connector.
The RF-F is ideal for private RF networks, hotels and other
hospitality venues, apartments and condominiums, schools and
universities, and corporate audio-visual and residential applications.
Retail price for the RF-F is $80.95.
