ANNOUNCES PRODUCTION OF THE AUDISEY ATHENA LINE OF MATRIX
MIXER/AMPLIFIERS

WI- Intelix LLC, U.S. manufacturer of audio/video equipment
and software, recently announced the production of the Audisey
Athena line of matrix products, which combine true crosspoint
matrix mixing with digital signal processing and per channel
amplification in a single three rack-unit (3RU) chassis.
“We are extremely pleased to announce production of our long
awaited Audisey series of matrix mixer/amplifiers—the first
ever of their kind,” stated Steve Cohan, Intelix C.E.O. “Intended
for small to medium sized commercial applications, Athena
is the first product in the Audisey series and combines a
proper matrix mixer with the flexibility and digital signal
processing of eight or sixteen individual amplifiers—all in
a single three rack space package.”
Available in 8 inputs by 8 outputs (Athena-8) or 16 inputs
by 16 outputs (Athena-16), the Intelix Audisey Athena features
built-in audio preamplification, phantom power, input signal
processing, true matrix mixing, output signal processing,
and either eight or sixteen channels of independent power
amplification with up to 100 watts per channel.
The Athena provides users with up to 128 system presets,
16 input DSP presets, and 16 output DSP presets,
all of which are controllable via the front panel, USB, serial,
logic, or internet connection. Real-time event scheduling
software and custom Stardraw™ software provide user-friendly
control options.
Athena digital signal processing (DSP) options include: input
preamplification and gain control, parametric EQ, high and
low pass filters, time delay, compressor/limiter, per channel
output volume, ramping, slewing, and linear/log control taper.
All-inclusive Intelix Audisey Athena Designer Software is
downloadable free from the Intelix website, www.intelix.com.
The Athena is ideal for corporate boardroom, council room,
house of worship, education, government, retail, themed environment,
hospitality, and restaurant and bar applications.
