Intelix NSCA 06 Post Show Report
The Intelix AvoCat Series is the perfect solution for distributing audio and video over inexpensive structured cabling, such as Cat 5. AvoCat baluns feature unparalleled signal performance in a modular design. The DIN-RACK-KIT allows all Intelix baluns to be quickly and easily rack mounted in a standard 19" rack.
The Intelix HDMI baluns allows a HDMI (high definition multimedia interface) signal to be transmitted up to 150 feet over inexpensive structured cabling, such as Cat 5.
The Intelix PS2 balun extends a computer's keyboard and mouse up to 350 feet over inexpensive structured cabling, such as Cat 5.
The Intelix VGADA-2 distribution amplifier provides two VGA inputs from a single source. Available accessory cable kit transform the VGADA-2 into a composite video, s-video, HDTV component, digital audio, and stereo analog audio distribution amplifier.

We redesigned our booth to better display our matrix mixing systems, distribution amplifiers, and audio/video over Cat 5 baluns.

A focal point of our booth was www.avovercat5.com, Intelix's audio-visual balun website, which was one of three finalists for NSCA's Innovations in Technology Award for best website.
Intelix's NSCA release of the VGADA-2, a 1x2 distribution amplifier which transmits VGA, composite video, s-video, HD component video, digital audio, and analog audio, stole the show.
Show attendees flocked to see Intelix's new AvoCat balun line, balun rack mounting systems, and several new pre-release products including industry-unique baluns and a soon-to-be announced matrix.
